Agreement

StreetCue is licensed, not sold. Use of the iOS and watchOS apps is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and these supplemental terms. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s terms govern where required.

Purpose

StreetCue presents location readings and related context available from a device and permitted services. It is not an emergency, dispatch, CAD, navigation, evidence, or department system and does not replace training, policy, professional judgment, or independent verification.

Accuracy and availability

GPS, compass, network, street, address, and intersection information may be delayed, stale, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Accuracy varies by hardware, surroundings, settings, permissions, connectivity, and data providers. Do not rely on StreetCue as the sole source for safety-critical decisions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for confirming information before communicating or acting on it and for using StreetCue lawfully and consistently with applicable employer rules and policy. Do not use StreetCue for covert tracking or to expose another person’s precise location without lawful authorization and consent.

Subscriptions

If offered, Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple and renew unless canceled through Apple account settings. The App Store presents the localized price, billing period, trial if any, and renewal terms before purchase. Restoration, refunds, billing issues, and cancellation are handled under Apple’s applicable rules.

StreetCue, its original branding, software, and site content are owned by NinetySix Technologies LLC or its licensors. Apple, iPhone, and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc.
